Relieable, fast and always understanding your individual needs. Not much more to say. Aegean thesaurus helped me to discover the beauty and versility of the aegean through the last 20 years. If its the lonely island, time for party, unforgetable boatrides playing with dolphins or a fast connection with the helicopter. Highly recommend it!! Thank you Giorgios, Lakis and the gang!

I highly recommend Aegean Thesaurus to make your travel to Greece smooth and flawless. Thank you, Barbara and Aegean Thesaurus! Hope to be back in Greece again and look forward to your professional and warm support! We have travelled to Greece twice with services provided by Aegean Thesaurus, and also finalised details for another tour that didn’t happen in 2020, due to Covid. The first trip was just my husband and I, and we undertook a road trip in Mainland Greece (Athens – Corinth – Epidaurus – Mycenae -Tiryns - Nafplion – Sparta – Mystras – Ambeliona – Olympia – Galaxidi – Meteora – Delphi – Thiva – Athens) with a hired car and chauffer. Best decision of our life to not self-drive! We had a stress-free trip and became lifelong friends with Dimos, who drove us across the mainland. All arrangements of transport, hotels were made by Barbara at Aegean Thesaurus, and it was perfect. After many, many emails and refining the itinerary, hotels, guides, sites ….the second trip did not happen due to Covid (for a group of 20+ on a similar itinerary, by bus across the mainland) and Aegean Thesaurus was most accommodating and helpful with the refunds, etc (and very good refund at that) when the tour was cancelled. Since then, Barbara has been most patient as we tried to do the tour in 2021, then 2022 … and finally it materialized in 2024. 18 of us travelled this September on a road trip across Mainland Greece (Athens –Meteora – Delphi – Galaxidi – Olympia – Nafplion – Athens) on a private bus with Christos, our friendly and helpful driver, and later to the island of Syros, and it was a perfect trip! Hotels, bus, guides, ferry tickets, transfers were all handled by Aegean Thesaurus with love and care. The communication is clear, prompt, services well explained and your doubts are addressed very well. While on the tour, Barbara was checking on us constantly and helped solve the issues we faced with ease (e.g. we left our whisper system behind, and even a piece of luggage once!) Highly recommend!

We have just returned from a wonderful island hopping holiday arranged by this excellent company. We asked them to arrange something bespoke for us, as we wanted to visit Rhodes, Tilos and Kos. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all of the hotels were superb. Ferry tickets were waiting for us at our first hotel and all transfers ran perfectly. Huge thanks to Katerina, Tina and all of the team for their help. We will definitely be using you again in the future.

Katerina and Caterina assisted me greatly in planning an extensive trip in October 2024. All my needs were met thoroughly and no detail was left out. Everything from the car rentals to the hotel stays and taxi transfers was perfect. I gave information about what I was looking for and they booked us the best hotels and were sure to provide the best customer service at all times. It was truly an incredible experience and I would 100% use Aegean again.

I can’t say enough nice things about this travel agency. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. My trip included all our hotels, travel between islands, transfers from hotels planes/ferries and back to new hotel, all of our breakfasts. All the hotels were very nice. We did several tours through the company and they were all well done. The catamaran around Milos is my favorite tour of any place that I have been. The dinner at the farm on Sifnos was also a highlight. The total of the trip for 24 days was incredibly reasonable. I called to check on some things during the trip and the staff was very helpful.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Aegean Thesaurus. Caterina patiently helped us craft our itinerary according to our desired list of places we wanted to see on the mainland and islands. We had many rounds of back and forth emails with her but she always responded promptly. The transfers, ferries, flights booked for us were seamless and proceeded without any major hiccups. The boutique hotels she picked were also all excellent and comfortable. The day tours (in Athens, to Delphi and Meteora, and on Santorini and Crete) were all high quality, informative and engaging. I highly recommend Aegean Thesaurus and Caterina Chrysogelou to anyone planning a trip to Greece who would like to engage the help of a local travel agency.

We just returned from our Greece vacation and are so pleased with Aegean Thesaurus travel agency. Caterina worked with us during the months before planning. She was so helpful and quickly responded to all of our questions. During our vacation she also responded quickly when we had a question. It was a wonderful and smooth vacation. Every plane and ferry we got off of, there was someone waiting on us with our names on a board, ready to drive us to our hotel. Caterina made our trip easy and without problems. We would highly recommend this agency to anyone planning a vacation in Greece! We visited 2 islands, Athens, and rented a car and drove to 3 towns in the Peloponnese.
