An incredible experience and highlight of the holiday. Panos was a fantastic host, really accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. Alex is a great boat too. This is the one boat trip you need to do in Santorini. A+++

My wife and I had the pleasure of taking a private tour with Panos and his first mate today, and it was truly amazing. Everything from the hot springs swim, the snorkeling and a little cliff "diving" was spectacular. This tour is for people who not only want to see Santorini by sea, but who also want to learn about the island's violent volcanic history as well as how the locals made their living before tourism. Panos is extremely knowledgeable about his culture and other cultures, as he loves to travel to different countries. It's my wife's birthday this week, and Panos arranged to have a cake on board so we could celebrate a few days early. The cake went well with Panos' delicious home-cooked food that his first mate served for lunch. Just by chance, it was his birthday, too. Overall, we had an amazing time, and cannot recommend this tour enough.

We had a fantastic ride around the Caldera with a swim in the hot springs. It was very cloudy, so Panos was very flexible with our time since there was no sunset.

Three of us did the private sunset, boat tour in July 2023. It was simply an unforgettable experience. The service was top-notch from the first communication to the end. Our guide Yanis was an excellent host. He was able to tell us all about the islands and its history. He cooks a wonderful meal that was delicious and authentic. And he took us around to places that you will never get to see from this perspective. Swimming in the volcanic, Hot Springs was a once in a lifetime experience. And viewing the sunset from the sea under Oia was magical. Furthermore, if you are looking for an excursion from a cruise ship, this one leaves from the tender port so you completely avoid dealing with the cable car at all. I cannot recommend this enough.

A great afternoon with Panos and Alex, who are so friendly and cool! Panos explains all the history of the island and takes you to isolated spots where there are no tourists - pure happiness. A great homemade breakfast with lots of flavour. 100% recommended!

If you do one thing on your visit to the Greek Islands , skip the crowds at Santorini and hire Panos of Alex boat rentals! This was the highlight of our trip. Panos’ knowledge of the Islands and their history is unparalleled. Both he and Alex, treated us like family from taking us to swim in childhood family spots, seeing hidden little gems on the scattered islands and serving a traditional Greek lunch prepared by his 80 year old neighbour. It was one of the most amazing meals I’ve ever had together with the home made white wine! If you want to see the real Santorini lifestyle while feeling like a movie star in the luxury of a private boat, then book with Panos. Trust me you won’t regret it. We will definitely return and do it again one day. This is the stuff memories are made of! Susan Lloyd

Panos was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. Allowed us to be as involved in the ride as we would like. Food was delicious and very filling. Took us to multiple spots to swim. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend this boat rental to everyone.

Highlight of our time in Greece! Our private boat tour with Panos was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent service. Communication from start to finish was seamless. We swam in sulfur springs, snorkeled, and enjoyed a delicious traditional Greek lunch. Highly recommend!

My family hired the services of Panos and his boat The Alex for 5hrs yesterday. It was a spectacular day full of swimming/snorkelling/lunch and lots of amazing scenery. Panos was incredible and so attentive and his knowledge of the history of Santorini was fantastic to learn. Lunch was made from local produce and absolutely delicious. Can’t recommend this boat hire company highly enough

Had the best time with Panos and his first mate Telemachos! Did a half day private trip with my husband. It was highly customizable and we learned a lot about the history. Amazing time, true locals that care. :)
