Great location for all amenities . Kostas, stefi & rest of the team really do look after you. Drinks & food reasonable price. Pool larger than most plus plenty of sunbeds . Entertainment each night. Myself & daughter will be back . Keep smiling Kostas 😊☀️

Kostas, Stef and the team are wonderful. Great fun, very attentive and always on hand if you need anything at all. The rooms are basic, but have all you need and are spotlessly clean. The whole site is clean and the surroundings are beautiful. The bar, eating area and pool are lovely, quiet and peaceful during the day, and entertaining in the evenings. Its just a 2 minute walk (if that) to catch a bus into town or to koukounaries. Or if you prefer to hire a car, theres plenty of parking. Bar snacks are available and Stefs chips are lush! We loved every minute of our stay and would love to return.

Angelika pool bar was very friendly - had a pool table and open doors to the large swimming pool. Fun music playing and good cocktails.

Beautiful place to stay during a vacation. They have a wonderful pool next to a restaurant/bar. Every night some activity is organized for the people that stay in their accommodation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is next to the 18th bus station so it's well connected to the city via a bus for people that do not drive. For people that do drive there is parking in the complex.

Had a fantastic week here in Koukias village. The atmosphere is brilliant, very friendly and inviting. Kostas, Steff and Rena have all been lovely. Apartment was exactly what we needed. Has a fridge with a small freezer in it. We didn't use the hob but there is one in the room with pans if required. Apartment was cleaned daily. Location is great. 10 min walk to a lovely beach. Plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance and the bus stop right outside the hotel. If you are here on a Friday don't miss out on the BBQ and greek dancing, food was lovely and it was a very fun night. Plus the BBQ is open to everyone not just residents of the hotel. All in all a great place.

These studios are fantastic and in a great location for local busses to skiathos town and also a short walk to a lovely beach. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff do a great job. It has a great pool bar for the day time that changes into a great place to have a drink at night. A big well done to all the staff that work here as they create a big friendly atmosphere..will definitely be back ..

Had the joy of staying at Koukias Village as the last guests of 2025. Over the last 20 years I have been visiting Skiathos I have always visited the Pool Bar Ageliki and for the last two years have been out and stayed at Koukias Village on the first weekend of October. Kostas and Steffi are perfect hosts and the apartments are lovely. The Bar and Pool area hold many happy memories for me and my family over the years and I will recommend anyone in Skiathos to visit Koukias Village. See you in 2026 :-) Tim

Stayed at koukias several times and going back for 3 weeks next year (2026). Lovely pool and bar and very friendly owners. A good Greek night once a week. Very convenient for the bus stop. Looking forward to next year

We stayed at Koukias Village in September 2025. Our room was lovely and clean and bed linen and towels changed regularly. Air con and safe deposit boxes available at a reasonable extra charge. Lovely clean pool with comfy sunbeds and a great bar. Situated in a good location a few minutes walk from bus stop 18. 2 x mini supermarkets across the road plus a lovely little bakery. About a 15 min walk to Troulos beach. Close walking distance to Tavernas. Koukias do breakfast and lunchtime snacks which we found lovely and reasonably priced. There is a family barbecue once a week and themed nights in the bar.. Your hosts Kostas and Stefi are friendly and always willing to help . We had a fabulous stay. Thank you Kostas and Stefi for a great holiday We hope to return soon.
