I recently booked a night at this charming hotel during my family's stay in Santorini, and it was an experience to remember! The location is perfect—nestled near a lively square at the top of a street, it offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and cafes while remaining a bit removed from the main tourist crowds. Yet, it's just a short stroll away from the popular sunset spots, making it convenient for those stunning photo opportunities. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by a delightful aroma that instantly set a relaxing tone for our stay. The welcome drink and cold flannel provided a refreshing touch after our journey. Check-in was seamless, and the staff took the time to show us around the hotel's impressive facilities before escorting us to our room. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, featuring all the amenities one would expect from a five-star establishment, including an iron and ironing board! We also had access to a shared pool, which was a lovely bonus. After settling in, we headed to the main pool for some drinks and a refreshing swim before the bar closed, followed by a delightful dinner out. The comfort of the beds ensured that we all enjoyed a restful night’s sleep. The Breakfast buffet the next morning was a highlight, featuring a wonderful selection of traditional and authentic dishes. The kids were eager to enjoy both pools before we checked out. Although we only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing we could have extended our visit—this hotel was simply that wonderful! The gracious hospitality from the staff truly elevated our experience. All in all, our stay was nothing short of perfection. Thank you for a memorable getaway!

We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in October. Was supposed to be 4 but the National Ferry strike (take planes) messed up our travel arrangements. The hotel was fantastic in communicating with us as we sorted through everything. The hotel made arrangements for a pick up at the port initially and then made quick arrangements to get us at the airport instead. All pick ups are simply put on your account and settled at the end at one time. They arranged for us to get to and from Oia for an evening and made a dinner reservation for us at a nice restaurant to watch the sunset. The hotel staff were friendly and looked after everything with a smile, even nearing the end of a long tourist season. Recommendations were always made when asked. Bags were stored the last day while we waited to leave on a ferry and walked around. The food is great, breakfast buffet is included and sitting out by the pool was a great start. The pool area and all facilities are great and well looked after. The location of the hotel is at one end of the tourist strip and a great location to walk and find restaurants or the main square. Easily accessible for walking places. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Picked this hotel due to a quick overnight while in Santorini. Hotel was extremely clean and service was incredible. Room was very nice with a view of the coast.

I visited Santorini for a three-day, two-night trip from May 18 to May 20. This hotel is conveniently located very close to the Fira central bus station. There are beautiful attractions and lovely shops nearby that are great for exploring. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. What stood out the most was the excellent service. The staff who helped carry our luggage to and from the room were very polite, and the front desk staff, Ellina and Ellini, were both extremely friendly and courteous！ If you're planning a trip to Santorini, I highly recommend this hotel!

Love it , very clean , perfect location, in the middle of everything, nice pool , very good cocktails . The rooms are very spacious, everything is white ( towels , sheets ) , nice balcony. I will definitely stay here again and again .

The Aressana became our home away from home during our time in Santorini! We did not want to leave. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Every member of the staff was always eager to help and always smiling. Rooms are beautiful and incredibly clean. Breakfast was always delicious and had lots of options. Honestly would not stay anywhere else on the island. We’re already thinking of the next trip to Santorini just to stay at the Aressana!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Aressana Spa Hotel and Suites From the moment we arrived at Aressana Spa Hotel and Suites, we were completely blown away—not just by the stunning views and luxurious setting, but by the warmth, professionalism, and kindness of every single member of staff. Our mid-April stay was nothing short of magical, and it's all thanks to the incredible team that made us feel like part of the Aressana family. Erika, Billy, and Theodosia greeted us each morning with bright smiles and genuine warmth during breakfast. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—always attentive, friendly, and ready with a kind word or helpful suggestion to start our day off right. At the bar, Thanasis, Dimitris, and Grigoris made our evenings special. Whether it was a perfectly prepared cocktail, a local wine recommendation, or just a lovely chat about Santorini, their friendly personalities and professionalism added so much to our experience. They truly know how to make guests feel relaxed and welcomed. At reception, Elena, Eleni, and Sotiria were always available with helpful advice, restaurant tips, and that signature Greek hospitality. Their grace under pressure, constant smiles, and willingness to assist with anything we needed made everything run smoothly—from check-in to booking excursions. A very special mention must go to Cleopathra, who was absolutely exceptional. She looked after us throughout our stay with such care and thoughtfulness. No request was too big or too small—her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure we were happy made a lasting impression on us. Every single staff member played a part in making our stay unforgettable. The Aressana Hotel team is a shining example of true hospitality. Beautiful location and rooms. Very cozy, delicious breakfast. The front desk staff (specifically the teacher) was extremely accommodating. Gave us amazing recommendations. Unfortunately, the servers by the pool were not very accommodating. It was hard to get their attention. Also, the WiFi was extremely slow. The hotel was able to provide us with transportation to and from the port for a fee. Our driver on the way back to the port, Dimitri/Jimmy, was SO BEYOND sweet and informational. He told us the history of Santorini in the most beautiful storytelling way. If it wasn’t for him, our trip wouldn’t be as memorable.

This hotel and spa were amazing. We loved the staff, the location, the wonderful breakfast, our room-a junior suite-and the pool. The food at the restaurant was amazing and we highly recommend staying here. We stayed at the end of April for 12 days. The hitel staff are responsive, professional and the room and grounds were very clean and well kept.
