De Bone in Skiathos offers an exceptional dining experience! We started with the burrata salad, which was beautifully complemented by a raspberry dressing – a delightful combination of creamy and tangy flavors. For the main course, we had the Wagyu steak, and it was incredibly juicy and cooked to perfection. The ambiance and service were also top-notch. Highly recommended!

The only place in Skiathos island that you can find premium beef and one of the best wine list. I had there the best beef carpaccio in my life.

Debone is honestly the reason we came back to Skiathos twice in the same summer. The place is stunning – modern, stylish, and with such a great vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. The staff were amazing: super friendly, attentive, and professional. You can really feel they love what they do and want you to enjoy every moment. And the food… unforgettable. Premium beef cuts, all cooked to perfection – juicy, flavorful, and melting in your mouth, complemented by delicious starters, fresh salads, and a carefully curated menu. The grilled lettuce salad on the parilla is a must-try! Their wine suggestions were spot on, with excellent Greek and international choices that matched the food perfectly. Overall, this is more than just a restaurant – it’s a complete high-end dining experience. Huge congratulations to the team for creating such a unique spot on the island!

The food was really nice, we ordered the Australian wagyu which was phenomenal. The burrata was also really nice. In the end we got treated the crème brulle which was really refreshing to finish off You should visit if you want really nice premier steak.

Wow. Still speechless after this meal. I have to say as much as I loved my steak, it was the Wagyu Tataki that made the experience. The flavours, the meat, the sauce. Unbelievable. Service was amazing. They do serve wine by the glass it just wasn’t displayed on menu. Also the colour scheme in the garden is gorgeous. Personally didn’t love the fried, think there’s probably better side options.

Incredible selection of steaks! The menu as a whole is enough to make your mouth water. The service, the knowledge of the cuts of beef is exceptional. Anyone visiting Skiathos has to make Debone a place to visit! Enjoy and thank me later

We arrived here as our second choice for a steak on our final night of the holiday. It turned out to be not just the best meal of the holiday, but probably the best steak I’ve ever eaten. We dined with a small child, who in other higher end places, could be seen as unwanted. Not here, the servers were tremendous, and them Roast Peppers… WOW. Yes it’s pricey, but the quality is outstanding. If you want steak in Skiathos, this has got to be the place. Side note: there wasn’t a kids menu, would be perfect if it had a little kids menu, even with just a little pasta dish or flatbread.

Very friendly staff, delicious food. I think it is one of the best restaurant on the island Skiathos. If you are fans of steaks you have to come there.

De Bone It was great to be back at Debone after enjoying an amazing evening last year and once again we weren’t disappointed. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. The menu is now totally different and is more extensive making now more suitable for families to dine here without reducing the quality of the produce which is still high. The welcome we got from Alex , Maria and the team was fabulous. We started with two amazing cocktails the "Ne-Greek" and the "Elixir No.7". For our starters we chose the Beef Tartare and the Jamon Iberico Croquettes and both were delicious. Then for our mains my wife opted for the Pluma Iberico while for myself I had the absolutely stunning Pork T.Bone. The team kindly sent us a complimentary Chocolate Marquis to finish which was a nice touch. This really is a place I would now recto everyone couples , families and groups. Thank You Alex , Maria and the team for a fantastic evening and look forward to seeing you again.
