An amazing restaurant right on the beach! I had the best chickpea stew I’ve ever had in my life, and the shrimp pasta was delicious as well. The staff is amazing and very friendly, it’s an overall great place to spend an afternoon on the beach and have some great food. I would come back every day if I lived here! The wood stove, cooked dishes are so unique and personal to the island.

Unforgettable Meal at Fasolu! If you’re visiting Sifnos and looking for an authentic local dining experience, Fasolu is an absolute must. We had the Mastelo, tender lamb slow cooked in a traditional woodfire oven, and it was truly out of this world — rich, flavorful, and melting off the bone. The revithada, Sifnos’ iconic chickpeas baked overnight, was perfectly seasoned and full of depth, also cooked the traditional way in the wood oven. To round out the meal, we tried the chicken chop grilled over charcoal — juicy, smoky, and cooked to perfection. A special shoutout to Giannis, our waiter, who made the whole experience even more memorable. The service was warm, attentive, and exceeded our expectations. We finished with two pieces of traditional portokalopita, the perfect sweet ending to a flawless meal. The pictures speak for themselves!

Great dinner outdoors by Fassoulou beach, tables were nestled under a canopy of trees, providing a pleasant shade. Very cordial staff and the best part, food, of course! Ultra fresh and delicious fish and generous choice of tasty starters.

One of the best, if not THE best, restaurant on the island. Absolutely delicious ntakos salad, amazing grilled pork, and possibly the best orange pie we had during our entire Greece tour. The location is also top notch. You get to eat in front of a beautiful and tranquil beach. If we ever come back to Sifnos, this will be our first stop.

The Fasolu Restaurant was well worth the trip from our resort in Kamares. The food, service, and atmosphere were exceptional. I enjoyed the lemon chicken with rice, their daily special, and my wife’s greek salad had the freshest tomatoes. Fasolu is tucked away in Faros and would be tricky to find if weren’t looking for it. But you’ll be happy you sought it out.

10/10 authentic Greek lunch experience. The revithada was excellent. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our blonde haired server was super nice and I provided great recommendations. Coldest beer on Sifnos! A must go. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. The beach right next to it is also very secluded and beautiful.

A fantastic little family-run restaurant tucked away beside a secluded beach. The food was outstanding, with fresh local ingredients and generous portions. The staff were warm, attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome, while the relaxed atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for after a day by the sea. If you’re exploring Sifnos, this is well worth the drive. Highly recommended.

Beach bar at Fasolu beach. The menu looks mostly standard - but the food is prepared to a really good standard for an outlet of this kind. Helpful and friendly staff.

We had an incredible sunset dinner here. Great service from the blonde waiter (sorry I didn’t catch your name!). We ordered the Mastelo lamb and Revithada chickpeas. Highly recommend for some traditional local cuisine. Also get the orange pie!

Excellent restaurant, both for lunch and for dinner. The team is really friendly and operates very smooth. I had staple food like vlita (chorta) salad, psiti sardella and revithada and everything was really well prepared and tasty.
