The room was very clean, the bathroom was renovated and the bed was traditionally built!! Each bedroom has its own table at the yard! The spot was perfect and the price very reasonable!! Mr George is the best host ever!! Thank you so much 😊

thE STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND SUPER FRIENDLY. Rooms are small but well furnished and have patios, mini fridges. Daily maid service. Rates are very reasonable. No complaints at all.

The best decision on choosing this one. Feel like at home. bedroom with balcony, dinning room, kitchen with cooking unities, I love the big sofa in the dinning room which makes me feel like at home. I am so happy that I can spend 5 nights here. Will come back again hopefully this year.

Best prices in town, great location, everything within walking distance. The front desk staff is perfect in costumer services. Rooms are clean, big, comfortable, with a small kitchen and clean renovated bathrooms ! The staff is always smiling and make your Greek experience even more significant !!

Owner greeted me from the port when I got off the ferry, and they were very welcoming. For the price, rooms are clean and I didn’t expect such tidy clean up everyday after. The owner’s family live on upstairs so it has that local house vibe as well. Laundromat nearby is an added bonus. too. I stayed 3 nights and I definitely recommend staying here.

We fell in love with Milos and this place felt like home. Everything was so laid back and welcoming. We later found out that we were upgraded to a family room with a really cosy patio. This trip could have ended up chaotic, but the owners (mr. Giannis’ wonderful family) helped us out in every way. Due to strong winds (and a cancelled ferry) we had to stay for two more days on the island. Therefore, after our initial stay and even though it was almost fully booked we could move to another (double) room with a nice small outdoor space as well. In both rooms we enjoyed a renovated bathroom with a good shower. During our stay we were allowed to leave our luggage with them twice.. thank you for being so flexible and kind. We had the best time.

We stayed at Hotel Apartments Giannis in August 2025. A wonderful family oriented hotel in the heart of Adamas in a great and convenient location within walking distance from everything. Beautiful Cycladic and clean rooms with daily room service. The owner Efthymia is really amazing and very helpful. She goes above and beyond to help you and she makes you feel like home. Everything was perfect and we would definitely return! Highly recommended. Antonis and Constantia

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Apartments Giannis. It is a lovely family run hotel and all of the staff are super friendly and hospitable. Walking distance to the port and restaurants, and the apartment was large and had everything we needed.

We stayed there for 5 nights and almost felt like we did not want to leave. The Hotel reception is adorable and very helpful on many levels. We miss our vacation and Milos and would highly consider Giannis Hotel Apartments the next time we will visit Milos. The place is advisable for everyone visiting the island .

The nicest and most hospitable people ever! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed and truly made us feel at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in making everyone comfortable.
