The hotel was exactly as it was when I booked. A clean room, a comfortable bed and very fast internet access. My room on the first floor was very close to the breakfast room and I had the pleasure of waking up to the smell of toast.

This hotel was excellent for me. For a really reasonable price, you get accommodation that is 1 km from the city center, with very friendly staff. I stayed there for 3 nights and got a room with a bathroom, which was of decent size, with a view of nice buildings across the street, and the bathroom was recently renovated and really everything was even above expectations. The insulation is a bit weaker, but since I was there off-season, I didn't have any noise problems. All in all, if the hotel fits your budget, I believe you will be satisfied.

Great little hotel. Don’t expect anything fancy but it is clean and friendly in a central location. I wore earplugs and didn’t have a problem with noise. The shared bathrooms were fine, there were two toilets and two showers on my floor and they were always clean and I never had to wait. The breakfast was nice and good value for Copenhagen. Overall this hotel is excellent value by Copenhagen standards.

I highly recommend this accommodation to any solo traveler. The ability to get your own room for the price that is offered is incredibly good value. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Copenhagen and is a short walk from the train station. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless.

Excellent stay in this ‘economy’ hotel but service and facilities were great. Breakfasts great and very affordable, location perfect for Central station/Metro and access to local points of interest. Reception Staff always friendly and helpful. Facilities overall and room were well equipped and clean . Great stay, great price and a must for return trip.

I was at Saga Hotel in January and after Being home for a while now, I want to share, how much we enjoyed our stay. Location=👍🏾👍🏾 Design and Rooms=👍🏾👍🏾 We Had a room with Shared bathroom and shower and it was always clean as if I was the First Person to use it. I was always the only one to use it when needed. Even if there was someone Else (Never experienced though), there is always the opportunity to use the Facilitys of the other wing right next to yours). Also very helpful: there was a sink in the room. Everything was very clean and comfy. Beautiful and cosy lobby. What we call „Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis“ (what do you get for what price?) = 👍🏾👍🏾♥️ But now the most valuable factor for a pleasant stay: the staff. The Staff was highly welcoming, really sweet, very professionel in the most pleasant way (Some places think, professionel means being Kind of teacherish instructive). With the staff at SAGA I experienced a warm and familiar stay from Check in to Check out, Little chats in between, any time of the Day, Like coming home♥️. I am from Berlin, I reeeeaaaallly appreciate a friendly Environment 😅… Many thanks to everybody at SAGA who made our stay so special and well remembered!

It’s an excellent place for a short stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I had no issues during my stay, and despite the hotel being quite busy, it was very quiet. The location is absolutely perfect, with everything within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. I highly recommend it!

I arrived late at like 23:00 and was exhausted from travel. The kindest older man at reception offered to carry my suitcase up several flights of stairs for me and really helped me out. This kind gesture really made my night. (Especially coming from the states where people offering to help strangers is not common lol.) Rooms are nice and you cannot hear any noise from the street, the bathrooms are shared but as someone who has stayed in many hostels I didn't mind. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Kind service and great location (Just a 5 min walk to the central train station) and in the heart of the city. Room was very clean. Have in mind that, like most hotels in Europe, It does not have elevator and might be a bit hard to carry your luggage upstairs, but a bigger hotel with elevator would be pricey, so i can't complain. There are only shared bathrooms and they are as clean as they can be, but again, a hotel with private bathroom would cost a bit more. The receptionist was very helpful and kind.
