Everybody who worked there were very kind helpful. The plates were delicious and the host friendly. Reservation easy through their page. I totally recommend it

Absolutely superb food! The chicken thigh fillet was some of the best chicken I’ve ever had! The chips were also Devine! We all cleared all plates and said how impressed we all were with the food! The service was also faultless! The chocolate profiteroles were amazing and was the icing on top of the cake! Highly recommended!

This is an excellent traditional greek cuisine restaurant. We were specifically looking for a place with good fish menu and are very happy with choosing Infinity Blue. The experience from start to finish was extremely pleasant. The owner was sitting at the entrance at his desk and we enjoyed the conversation. Despite many celebrities gracing the wall, very down to earth and friendly attitude. The food surpassed our already high expectations. The fish was from the bay downhill, and was extremely fresh (red snapper). The best tzatziki and moussaka as well. We truly enjoyed it. Views - amazing, you can see the bay even if you are seated inside, but to get front row probably it is best to reserve in the evenings. We are surprised somebody can rate it less than 5 stars.

It was a pure culinary delight from start to finish. The service was simply impeccable. Our main server, in particular, deserves special mention. Their attentive and warm demeanor elevated the experience from just another restaurant visit to an unforgettable evening. Their passion for the menu and genuine care for our experience made all the difference. What makes this place truly special is how perfectly the stunning setting complements the exquisite food. The breathtaking view of the island and the Aegean Sea from the restaurant is a sight to behold, adding a magical touch to every dish. I wholeheartedly recommend dining here if you have the chance to visit Skiathos. It is an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic and high-quality experience that delights all the senses.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant! We tried the fish soup, linguine frutti di mare, and the Infinity Lamb – everything was cooked to perfection. The fish soup was hands down the best we’ve ever had, full of flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. portions are huge. Lamb was tender and finely sesasoned. The view over Kolios Bay is simply breathtaking, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting with great music in the background. Every staff member was incredibly hospitable and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. To top it all off, we were treated to frozen daiquiri shots – such a lovely gesture of traditional Greek hospitality. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A true gem in Skiathos — absolutely outstanding. Every plate celebrates the sea, and the view is breathtaking. Yet, beyond the beauty of the setting and the perfection of the cuisine, it is the people who make this experience extraordinary. This place is a marriage of sophistication, Greek hospitality, and exquisite tastes. Cannot recommend it enough!!!

This was one of the best places we had dinner in our holiday in Skiathos. We loved it so much that we decided visit it twice in our stay. The food is excellent, the view is amazing and the staff is welcoming. A reservation is needed to be sure you get a table in the evening.

Atmosphere and food in this restaurant is amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered many dishes and each of them were delicious. I can easily say that's the best restaurant in Skiathos. Extra points for fresh sea food and option to choose which exact fish we wanted. Recommending a lot!!

The food, atmosphere, location and staff were all 10 out of 10. I requested the best possible view for our table and the team didn’t disappoint. We were lucky enough to be given the best table in the whole restaurant! We ordered 3 courses, each one topping the last. The portions were more than generous, the presentation was beautiful and the flavours were out of this world. All coming to a very fair price. Also - the staff very kindly gave us complimentary brownies and strawberry daiquiri's at the end of the night, which were both delicious! This restaurant is such a gem! The staff couldn’t be more welcoming if they tried. We’ll hopefully visit at least one more time before we leave.

We dined here during our stay in Skiathos, and it was easily one of the best restaurants on our holiday. The restaurant is perched perfectly overlooking Kolios Bay. Arrive just before sunset—the transition of colors over the Aegean Sea is nothing short of magical..This isn't just standard Greek fare; it’s elevated Mediterranean art. The seafood was incredibly fresh. I highly recommend the seafood pasta and the tuna tartare. You can taste the quality of the local ingredients in every bite. The staff was attentive, professional, and warm. They were very knowledgeable about the wine list, helping us pair a local Assyrtiko that complemented our meal perfectly. The decor is chic, modern, and clean, creating a sophisticated yet relaxed "island vibe". Whether you’re looking for a romantic date spot or a place to celebrate a special occasion, Infinity Blue delivers on every front. It is a bit of a premium experience.
