Stayed 3 nights then island hoped to Santorini afterwards. Definite worth it for the view. Close to everything in town and airport and ferry. Breakfast included and fairly reasonable price on Expedia. Would stay here again

This hotel is one of a kind is one of few with original design and its very unique architecture like the original buildings where the locals lived. it’s rated 2 stars but it has a 5 ⭐️ location and 5⭐️ views. Christine was an excellent hostess at the front desk . I really enjoyed my stay here.

Lovely hotel. We stayed one night in a cave room. The room was large, spacious and comfortable but would benefit from some updating. Service was excellent as was the breakfast. The welcome, the facilities and the price made this a great choice for us

Judging by the string of people standing along the wall of the hotel and from what I saw it has one of the most beautiful views in Santorini. My room was a single room with ensuite. Access to rooms is down many steps but they have a great gut carrying luggage. Breakfast was pleasant with the dining area overlooking the sea and surrounding islands. Very near port. Good value for money. In livery area but quite hotel. Helpful staff.

An absolute gem of a place! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views from our room – truly something special and the perfect way to soak up the beauty of Santorini. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a charming, authentic feel that made our stay really memorable. The only reason for a slight drop in the room rating is the bathroom, which was a little tired and could use a refresh – but to be honest, the views and overall atmosphere more than made up for it. We loved our time here and would absolutely return. A beautiful stay in a magical location!

I have to say, the view from the hotel (no matter where you were) and our private balcony was amazing. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast (included) was nice. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Small soaking pool was a nice touch. Very close to all the amenities and nice restaurants. Transport from port to the hotel was easy and convenient. Price was very reasonable for being in the middle of Fira.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Kavalari Hotel in June 2024. We absolutely loved our stay. I will start with 1 negative though, I believed I paid a little extra (not much) for a room with a view and we really didn't have a view at all. The view wasn't needed tho as all you had to do was walk out of the room and sit anywhere else on the hotel property and you had breathtaking views. My advice would be to take the cheapest room because your not going to spend time in the room anyway. The positives --- Location- it simply can't be beat. I would always see tourists lining the entrance posing for pictures because of the views. However the views are even better when you enter the hotel and go down the steps. Price - Given the location, views, etc. It was on the cheaper end. Accommodations- The breakfast every morning was OUTSTANDING. Being served and being able to enjoy the views was a great way to start every day. Transportation- We took the bus from the ferry and then the public bus to the airport. Both were extremely easy to navigate and cheap. We used public transportation (bus) to travel throughout the island as well. This was both easy and affordable to do. My wife and I were 33 and 34 during this trip for reference. All-in-all we loved our stay and would recommend Kavalari Hotel to anyone and would stay here again.
