Lovely room and terrace with view of vineyard (in addition to a charming, bougainvillea-draped front terrace with wicker couch). Comfortable bed. Good kitchen area. Good shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Generous and delicious breakfast. Beautiful setting and views. Good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything I super clean. The pool was great and the whole team of the winery is amazing. They also produce their own wine. Do a wine tasting

The best value for money experience I’ve had in an island. We didn’t stay at the hotel,however we did have the guided tour and the wine tasting and I couldn’t recommend this any more. We run out of superlatives for the hospitality,the wine and the whole experience. Do not hesitate booking it. You won’t regret it.

We came here as a group of 5 and did a tasting. For 20 euros you can taste 7 wines and two alcohols. The wines were all so good and the server did a great job of explaining them. The atmosphere is very cute and I would definitely recommend!

Our room was very clean and spacious and the decoration was lovely too. We had two big balconies with a very nice view and the breakfast was good as well, with quite a lot of choices for a Greek breakfast. The personnel was very friendly and helpful and we also liked the location; you could easily reach the rooms from Pollonia.

Our stay at Konstantakis Residence was an absolute delight! We spent five nights in a room with a private pool, and as a self-proclaimed service enthusiast, I cannot fault the hospitality we received. The staff, led by Stefania, were phenomenal and made our experience truly unforgettable. The accommodation was clean and charming, truly embodying the cozy vibe of a boutique, family-run business. If you're after the grandeur of a large hotel, this won't be your vibe. Yet, it's perfect for a warm and homely retreat. The location is fantastic, with just a short stroll to Pollonia's great restaurants. Also, don't forget to do the wine tasting at Kostantakis!

Wonderful little hotel. It is in a great location, you can walk into Apollonia in about 10 minutes. Comfy bed/ pillows and strong AC. We also did the winery tour which cost €45 per person, we really enjoyed to tour it was informative and great to hear about their family business. The tasting following was wonderful as well.

We stayed for 7 days in this beautiful hotel. The location and the service were excellent! Every morning the breakfast was extensive and varied. The room was nice and clean; our only comment is that the mattress was quite hard. We did a wine tasting, which was included in the price of the room. We would definitely recommend staying in this lovely hotel.

Kostantakis Residence is a beautiful place to stay short or long term. This family owned winery and hotel is comfortable very quiet. Our room was number #3, shown in the photos attached. Some units have private pools, (no pool for entire complex). On site breakfast is only meal except for cheese and crackers with wine tasting in the afternoon. No meals for lunch and dinner on site.

We had a truly wonderful stay here in Milos! The place was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offered great privacy — something we deeply appreciated, especially as a family with a baby. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a delicious mix of Greek and Italian flavors, thoughtfully prepared every morning. We also had the chance to try the wine from the property’s own winery — absolutely fantastic! The location is very close to the sea, making it easy to enjoy the island’s natural beauty. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!
