NOS Hotel was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived (which was literally minutes after booking!), the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and celebrated our honeymoon in the most thoughtful ways. It was a true lesson in hospitality—every detail was handled with care and warmth. The room had stunning views, total blackout for the best sleep of our entire trip, and even a pillow bar so we could choose our preferred pillows. Everything was designed with comfort in mind. The semi-outdoor gym was a standout—top-notch equipment and the most incredible view I’ve ever seen from a hotel fitness space. The location is perfect too—walking distance to charming beaches, scenic walking trails, and great local restaurants. We truly wish we had stayed longer. 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to return!

The room was amazing quite the same as shown on the photos. But the good stuff was that we had to option to take a boat ride to see the sunset. John the skipper was really professional offering us a really smooth ride even thought the sea was a bit rough (3 bf). It is nice that we had the option to make a short ride… really refreshing.

Had a brilliant stay here - the staff are lovely, the rooms are beautiful, the facilities were incredible (including the gym which was so perfect - outdoor and facing the sea) and the restaurant was delightful. I hope I’ll get to stay again!

We had an amazing stay at NOS, which easily ranks in our top 3 hotel throughout the world. From the amazing food to the cosy room and the attentive staff, we really enjoyed our time in Sifnos - only wished we’d stayed longer ! Highlights for us: - The Food: food was really fantastic and was not mentioned enough in previous reviews. Prices are on the higher side for Greece but the portions are huge and the quality is unbelievable (All breakfast/lamb shoulder/octopus were our favourites - we ate at the restaurant almost of our stay!) I really want to highlight that not only taste, ingredients were cooked to perfection no matter what we ordered from morning to evening - nothing missed, kudos to the Chef! - The Spa: Eva really tailored the massage to our needs. Instead of a repeated routine you usually experience, you could tell she really focused on our pain points and took the time to treat us and make us feel relaxed. - The Amenities: great location and beautiful architecture that blends in the environment. The spa where you only hear the waves crashing against the cliff, the gym that overviews the sunrise, or the pool with the beautiful view over Chrisopigi were truely enjoyable. - The Staff: finally, the staff were all super friendly and very attentive. Thanks to the night staff we always had a little attention waiting for us in the room - this felt really special. Thank you to everyone who made our stay special over the last four days!!

Stayed three nights on our honeymoon. We are now on a different island and my new wife is already fed up with me going on about how I miss NOS. The location and scenery are perfect. The staff are so attentive and friendly. Our terrace had a plunge pool looking out onto the Aegean and parts of Faros. The food matches the already unattainably high standard on Sifnos generally. Couldn't ask for more. Some minor gripes like the shower occasionally had a smell that came up through the drains and I think there was a patch of damp on part of the room's ceiling but these really didn't detract from the overall experience which I'd recommend to anyone (provided they've got a chunk of money to spend on a holiday)

One of the best meals on the island. The sommelier knew exactly what to recommend with each dish, and all of the chefs were extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Everything was absolutely delicious. General Manager, Mr George & team - Thank you for having us!

We had the loveliest stay at Nos during our honeymoon trip. The staff, the property, the location were all incredible. We loved the peacefulness of the property, as well as the close proximity to the small village for meals. It was a treat to find out how close the hotel is to the trail to Chrisopigi monastery, which we were able to do every morning. Cocktails and food at the restaurant were also excellent, and the service was always attentive. We even messed up our reservation by booking two different rooms by accident and the Nos team found a way to make it work so we didn’t have to move rooms. We’re so glad to have stopped here during such a special occasion for us!

We had an awesome week at Nos - from George's welcome to Flora's expert advice on the island activities to Kostas, Georgia and the breakfast crew, and the expert somm (Alexander, if I recall right) made for a perfect home base to enjoy Sifnos. Rooms are not huge, but well-appointed -- be sure you get a view, a few look into another building -- and the restaurant is superb all day long. The massage platform is also one of the best settings I've ever received a massage -- open air with waves lapping below. Ditto the gym.

A truly extraordinary experience and hotel. Service and the property exceeded expectations - from Zoe at the front desk, George the manager, George at the restaurant / along with other staff, all couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Of the 3x five star hotels we stayed at across the islands from our trip from NYC, NOS was our favorite. The pictures don’t do it justice. We will absolutely be back.

Nos was a wonderful hotel! It was in a perfect location with walkable restaurants and beaches! The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the island and Flora helped to map out and reserve everything we would need for our week. Mariana at the spa is incredibly talented. Eating at the restaurant daily for breakfast and for one very special dinner was a highlight!
