We visited Nus twice during our holiday on Sifnos. Definitely our favourite restaurant. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic, the vegetarian dishes are super flavoured and very original. Definitely recommended!

Such a beautiful restaurant by the beach, with amazing food. We tried a wide variety of plates and they were all delicious and very innovative and well presented. Angelos was our waiter and he was so kind and nice to us. Highly recommended.

Lovely experience at NUS. We enjoyed every part of the meal, right down to the best ice cream we’ve had - the roasted coconut. We managed to have a lot of variety in vegetarian meals which was an added bonus. Service was good, friendly waiter and (lots of) four-legged friends! A bit pricey but very well-worth the money, time and experience!!

Amazing spot right on the beach, with the perfect atmosphere/views!! The service was fantastic and the food was delicious!! I highly recommend if you’re looking for Greek flavours with a hint of modern cuisine 👌🏽🥰

What can I say…magnificent restaurant. Delicious locally sourced food crafted into flavorful dishes that fill you the spirit of Sifnos. Very welcoming staff and fantastic views at the beach. 10/10

This restaurant was our favourite part of our entire holiday in Sifnos. We went back a day later after our first dinner there because we couldn’t stay away. The wine list is brilliant and so thoughtfully selected. The food was the perfect blend of classic Sifnian flavours and culinary creativity such that every dish felt both comforting and unpredictable. The desserts were unforgettable - modern and traditional and above all delicious. The views from the restaurant were incredible and the owner is an absolute delight. I can’t say enough good things about it. Best food in Sifnos, best dessert (by a long mile), amazing views, fantastic service.

NUS is pure magic. We had a truly unforgettable experience here, thanks to the whole team. The atmosphere is incredibly special. Come around sunset and watch the sky slowly change colors as the horizon melts into the sea. At some point, the boundaries disappear, the sky and water become one, and you find yourself lost in a sense of infinity. The food was just even more impressive. Every dish we ordered was outstanding, full of flavor, and clearly made with care and creativity. Nothing felt ordinary! Each recipe had a thoughtful touch that elevated familiar ingredients into something special. A beautiful setting, amazing food, and an experience that stays with you long after you’ve left. Can’t wait to come back:)

We had dinner twice in NUS. It’s one of the best meals we have in Greece ( even better than Catina and half the price). We particularly love the baked sea bass. The fried pepper is different and very tasty. The fava bean dip with the bread is also smooth and incredible. Great wine list. Alexandra is incredible, friendly and very welcoming. I’ll definitely recommend
