A relaxed, family-run home base just a short stroll from the sands of Livadia Beach.

This is a quintessential "low-stress" hotel. Located at the edge of Parikia near Livadia, it’s managed by a family who actually takes the time to help you plan your day. It’s far enough from the port's ferry noise to be peaceful, but close enough that you can walk into the center of Parikia for dinner in about ten minutes along the shoreline. The vibe is very much "island life as it used to be." The pool area is surrounded by greenery and offers a great view of the bay, making it a solid alternative to the beach on windy days. It’s not a flashy luxury resort, but it is impeccably clean, remarkably friendly, and offers a level of value that’s becoming harder to find on the more popular islands.

Absolutely amazing! Staying here at Roses Beach Hotel was a great experience. We loved it! The hotel is 5 mins walking from the beach, quiet area, kind staff, comfy rooms, relaxing pool and stunning view of the bay. We really loved our staying and we recommend it to everyone 🤩💙

A very pleasant little hotel with a swimming pool overlooking the bay of Paroika. The owners are charming and attentive. They have a pool bar where you can enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day. The room had a nice terrace. In fact, almost all the rooms have a sea view. The beach and the town are accessible by walk (however, beware that the road is a bit dangerous as there is no pavement).

A piece of Greek paradise in Paros. The pool area with sunbeds, bar, yoga/relaxation lounge is magnificent and definitely worth more than 2 star hotel expectation. Most rooms have a stunning view. The main town and local beach is about a 10/15min walk from the hotel. The hotel is a local family business, Effie (the owner) was very kind to us and very accommodating, such personal approach. Would definitely return!

Great affordable small hotel to stay at, with an awesome pool and well maintained outdoor areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a modern bathroom and fantastic views. Located a short walk up the hill from the beach, and easily walkable to plenty of cafes and restaurants.

We got an amazing experience at Roses Beach Hotel! We got the best room with a view towards the sea, and the breakfast is really good buffet style. We got the pleasure to meet Effie and she helped us to rent a car and a boat, as well as giving us the best tips to travel around Paros. The kindest person. We are truly grateful for the experience and I think anyone who decides to choose Roses Beach Hotel as their place to stay will have a similar experience. Thanks a lot!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The exterior of the hotel is very cozy, with a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs and hammocks perfect for relaxing. At night, the property is charmingly lit up, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There’s also a bar on site that stays open late, which was great for enjoying drinks in the evening. In the morning, breakfast is served and it’s a wonderful way to start the day before heading out the location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. What really makes this place special are the owners. They are incredibly nice, warm, and welcoming they truly treat you like family. They helped us secure a car rental, gave us fantastic restaurant suggestions and reservations, and even advised us on where to drive and what to see so we could make the most of our journey. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, you’ll feel right at home!
