THIS RESTAURANT IS A MUST!!! <3 <3 <3 My husband and I went here while we were on our honeymoon in September, 2021 and I seriously have not been able to get it out of my mind, ever since 😍. His phone showed him a photo memory of our meal there and I realized I somehow never left a review so I immediately looked them up to remedy that because OH MY GOODNESS the experience was nothing short of heavenly and was by far my favorite meal of our month-long trip that included 3 different countries. First off, the ambience was just stunning. We enjoyed our meal as the sun set which made it all the more romantic. The service was incredible and the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all (which, in hindsight, blows my mind because of how amazing everything was!! EDIT: This could be due to COVID and the timing of our visit being closer to the off-season) but the star of the show was the food: 1. We ordered a bottle of rosé with our meal (we’re normally red wine folks) and it was seriously THE BEST WINE I’ve ever had, to this day. 2. Assuming you’re not allergic, the ceviche is a MUST ORDER (even if you’re not a seafood lover, trust me <3)!! We went to Peru a few years prior to our honeymoon where I completely fell in love with Peruvian cuisine and it still remains my favorite “genre” (for lack of a better word) of food. I love ceviche, especially, but most places where I’ve tried it since having the real, authentic dish have left something to be desired HOWEVER the ceviche we had here, at Siparos, took me right back to the mountains of Peru and tasted absolutely sublime! 3. While everything we had during our meal was delicious, there was one dish that will, without a doubt, live rent-free in my mind until the day I leave this earth and that is the flourless, chocolate torte (I believe that’s the correct description; I’ve attached a photo of it, for reference, in case I’m misremembering the details) topped w/ salted caramel drizzle and chopped pistachios. Y’ALL: call me dramatic (and I am, it’s fine lol) but believe me when I tell you that tears were shed when I took my first bite of what I’ve been enthusiastically referring to, ever since, as THE SINGLE, BEST DESSERT OF MY LIFETIME 🥹🥰. I’m usually not a big fan of caramel or pistachios but, you know what they say: if a restaurant can make you love a food you don’t like, you KNOW they’re a class act 👌🏼. Seriously, I racked my brain with every bite trying to think of any possible way the dessert could be even marginally improved and came up delightfully short. It was the PERFECT balance of flavors, texture, and richness without being overpowering or sitting heavily in my stomach, afterwards and left me with the bittersweet realization that I had just consumed THE DESSERT of a lifetime that all others will forever be compared to…and I’m not mad about it, one little bit 🤩. PLEASE, if you find yourself on Paros Island, add this incredible hidden gem to your travel itinerary. I assure you that you won’t regret it and it may even end up being the highlight of your trip, as it was for us. Thank you so much to the staff of Siparos Seaside Restaurant for your hospitality and wonderful memories that will definitely last a lifetime 🫶🏼 **EDIT: I was reading through some of the other reviews and noticed that a lot of people mentioned that this restaurant was a bit pricey. If you’re looking to be more budget-conscious, I’d definitely recommend doing what we did and ordering a flight of appetizers and dessert w/ drinks (optional) as your meal to get the best of both worlds 🤗. I want to say we ordered 4-5 appetizers, a bottle of wine, and dessert with our total bill coming in at under $100 ($75-89, if I recall correctly) for the two of us; which, given how incredible everything was and the quality of the ingredients, felt very fair!

We came early with no reservations. The stuff was very friendly. Our waiter was very helpful. The food was excellent. We had the shrimp orzo, Monk fish linguine and calamari. I would skip the semi fredo dessert and just stick to the complementary ice cream baklava. Which was very sweet but delicious.

This restaurant undoubtedly serves the best food on the island. The service was extremely professional and incredibly friendly – special thanks to Marcos and Michaelis for making our experience memorable. The atmosphere and location are unbeatable, providing a perfect setting for a wonderful meal. I highly recommend starting with the scallops as an appetizer. We will definitely be returning!

The tuna tartare at this restaurant is hands down one of the best I have ever had in my life. The calamari and aubergine salad were equally impressive, leaving me speechless. Despite the bustling crowd, the service was incredibly efficient thanks to the numerous attentive waiters. I highly recommend this place, and would give it a perfect 10/10 rating.

Wow, delicious dinner in a chic setting. Excellent service. They have a diverse menu with great appetizers, salads, seafood and more. Oh and their desserts are to die for. We reserved a table in advance for about 30 minutes before sunset and enjoyed the beautiful ocean views as the sun went down.

We had a 6:30pm reservation and it was the perfect time to watch the sunset. We got carpaccio with uni, shrimp salad, grilled octopus, bread and baklava. We also tried the house wine. All of it was delicious. The portion sizes were perfect - the carpaccio especially seemed larger than what you’d usually get. And the staff was so nice and attentive too. They give you a complimentary dessert which was amazing.

We absolutely loved our dinner here. The views during sunset are stunning and the food was delicious and fresh. Great service and a beautiful atmosphere right on the water. We especially enjoyed the shrimp and octopus plates. Highly recommend!

Wonderful dinner with even better views. While this isn’t in one of the main areas, we rented an ATV and the drive over was incredible. All the food items we ordered were incredibly delicious too. Some folks were turned off by the local cats, but they didn’t bother us at all (and we are not cat people). Definitely order the tuna tartare - it was my favorite dish!!
