Probably best to discount the 1 star reviews, looks like it was one large group who had an issue and have decided to all complain. We visited for an evening meal, found the service friendly and professional. Food was very nice, and portions were a good size. The setting was lovely overlooking the beach. Would recommend to anyone reading!

Beautiful setting, great restaurant and such a nice beach. Relaxing music, calm and ideal for chill. We didn't make a reservation ( which you should do especially in peak seaaon), yet friendly staff found us the sunbeds. Service is fast, food delicious. we had seafood paella and it was great!

Spent full day here until sun set, stunning ! Service was unbelievable, amazing views, lock box by your bed for belongings, facilities were amazing and clean, took out a Kayak for cheap price from hire shop along the beach, the beach and sea immaculate, Wow.

Paradise Found at Beach House Kolios! Beach House Restaurant in Kolios, Skiathos, is an absolute slice of heaven and easily one of the best dining experiences I've had on the island. From the moment you arrive, you're captivated by the stunning beachfront location – the gentle lapping of waves, the soft sand underfoot, and the breathtaking views create an idyllic backdrop that truly sets the scene for a memorable meal. The food here is nothing short of spectacular. Specializing in fresh, local ingredients, every dish bursts with flavour. The seafood is, predictably, a standout – incredibly fresh, expertly prepared, and cooked to perfection. Their grilled octopus was tender and smoky, and the catch of the day (whatever it was!) was always flaky and delicious. Beyond seafood, their Greek specialties are also fantastic, with a homemade touch that makes them feel authentic and comforting. What truly elevates Beach House, however, is the atmosphere and service. The staff are wonderfully warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. They're happy to recommend dishes and ensure you have everything you need. Dining here feels incredibly relaxed and unhurried, allowing you to truly soak in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the company. Whether you're there for a leisurely lunch or a romantic dinner under the stars, the ambiance is simply perfect. First ever visit to Kolios. Lovely sandy beach in a small bay. We’re able to hire 2 very comfortable beds and shade for €30 for the day. Got given 2 bottles of cold water. Didn’t use the at sun bed service, but had lunch in the restaurant. We had the BeachHouse Salad and the Club Sandwich. Both were excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

Been coming to Kolios for years and never eaten here until today. Wow! We were missing out….. my partner had the whole bream and I had the fillet sea bass. I’m still sat at the table writing this review because I couldn’t wait to share!

First time eating here as it wasn’t there the last time we were in Skiathos. Walked along and managed to book a table for lunch which was great! We had the grilled sardines with a chicken & peach salad which were amazing. Would recommend booking to eat here. There are sunbeds as well but need to be booked. Cost is €30.

We come here second day in a row. The food is great, the vibe is amazing. The service girl Eva is really nice with us and a great server. She is so kind and made us feel welcomed. I definitely recommend this beach house if you are looking for a nice place to spend the whole day. 😊
